The menu at Eureka Bistro is designed to provide value-for-money, Italian cuisine tailored to suit Australian taste buds. Flexibility is also important and we can customise the ingredients (which are sourced from Ballarat and Melbourne) of most of our meals to suit an individual's preference and, therefore can cater for most dietary requirements. Special arrangements can also be made (for example, you are welcome to bring in your own gluten-free pizza bases) where we can not accommodate a particular individual's dietary requirement.
